Wassup Everyone. I teach every Monday @ THE LAB | 6-7 p.m.|Come Learn how to do Chicago Footwork & Gain Cardio/Stamina doing it. Chicago Footwork is known as a lower body movement with the high speeds of 160 bpm. You will be using your whole body doing this style (working out in the process) learning basic steps, rhythms, & history. Juke Music/Tracks is what Chicago Footwork is known to dance off of but it can be presented on any genre of music.
