Beginners will learn basic sewing skills like how to thread a sewing machine, stitch selections, basic measurements, sewing notions, sewing machine troubleshooting, and more! Intermediate/Experienced sewers will learn more advanced skills like pattern making, tailoring & fit, alterations, fashion draping, and more! Anastasia can match any skill level and is always willing to let you in on a few of her sewing secrets. Depending on the complexity of the garment and previous sewing experience, a sewing student can complete multiple projects by the end of the 6-week class. Students may bring their own sewing machine or use an in-house machine. SUPPLIES NEEDED: Thread Seam Ripper 18" x 2" Clear Ruler Fabric (as indicated on pattern) Paper scissors Fabric scissors Pattern Thread Snips OPTIONAL SUPPLIES: Rotary Cutter (Quicker & More Efficient than Scissors)
