Alternatives’ staff sees the change young people make every day. One of our youth, Julian, is a student at TEAM Englewood. He had difficulties working in groups, but after joining the Restorative Justice program in 2013, he learned team-building skills.
Now a high school senior, Julian is a Peace Ambassador for the Restorative Justice program, helping his peers resolve conflicts.
